    How long does shipping take?

    Each pair of sandals is handmade by Ayla, not mass-produced. Because of this, they’re created in small batches after your order is placed to ensure every pair meets our quality standards. This being said, we are currently in a pre-order phase, so production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual—but this allows us to maintain the quality and care that goes into every pair.

    Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-12 business days depending on your location.

    Do you offer custom orders?

    Not at this time. All of our products are available as listed on the store. We may offer custom options in the future so keep an eye on our page for updates.

    If it comes defective or damaged, customers with 'Shipping Protection' qualify for an instant free replacement!
